At Jessica English, each student takes a placement exam that will identify academic strengths and weaknesses.
The curriculum at Jessica English is well-aligned with New York and New Jersey's State Standards for Learning.
Teachers assess students' academic performance, to monitor their progress, as well as their responsiveness to the instruction.
First and foremost, I would like to thank you for your interest in Jessica English. I am beyond excited to be back in Korea after 30 years of living in the United States. Before coming back to Korea, I earned a B.S. in Chemistry from Monmouth University then went on to complete my M.S. in Childhood Education from the New York Institute of Technology.
In 2011, I opened a Preschool and Learning Center for students ages 2 to 18. During this time, I gained invaluable experience and insight into the methodologies that work for students. I hope to use my experience and education to now work with students in Korea. I am a proud resident of Siksa-Dong, Ilsan, and live with my husband, Bruce and our three children, Bella, Juliet, and Timothy.
I look forward to answering all of your questions and personally welcoming your family into ours.
